This policy explains how Alien Pandas handles information when you visit alienpandas.com or use the Alien Pandas mobile application. The website is a public informational and support site; accounts and gameplay are available only in the mobile app.
Information we collect
When you create an account in the mobile app, we collect your email address and authentication provider identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide a private relay email address. We also store game data such as your display name, pandas, DNA traits, Moonstones, items, friends, activity timestamps, wins, and losses.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, operate and secure the mobile game, preserve your progress, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Service providers
We use Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, services provided by Google, for authentication and game-data storage. We may use Vercel for website and mobile-API hosting and Apple for Apple authentication. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Limited game information—such as panda names, traits, rarity, and commander display names—may appear to other players in the mobile game. We disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and game data while your account is active. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact support. Deleting an account permanently removes access and may remove associated game data, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
Children
Alien Pandas is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
